**** edited for all the maga in my comments trying to argue about bilges. ALL BILGES ARE LOCATED IN THE BOTTOM OF A BOAT. Across almost all boat builders, hull designs, and vessel types from a massive sailboat to a small powerboat the bilge serves the exact same fundamental purpose. collect and manage unwanted water to keep the vessel safe, stable, and afloat. Their boat bilge access is not the same as mine, but accessible nonetheless. I never said it was. That’s not the point. This was a simple demonstration for what a bilge is for people who are confused on what the bilge is. If you were making an emergency phone call about your boat sinking you must have some sort of idea about the amount of water in your boat and it should be a simple question to answer. It doesn’t matter that my boat isn’t the same as their boat The bilge serves the same purpose. Hope this helps. And for all white guys yelling at me that “I’m an idiot” your are just emasculated by a woman who knows more about boats than you. Sorry you are feeling those feelings. I have worked as a shipwright in boat yards, I’ve work doing boat upholstery and canvas on boats. I have 10,000 ocean miles and crossed the Atlantic Ocean both ways. I’m an experienced boater sharing my information. Stay mad. ##nolanwells
