I only told a few friends, some coworkers and immediate family. I also let them know who they can/should share the info with, so I had to repeat it the least amount of times possible. Similar with updates. And if someone who hasn't texted me in the last 6 months, a year or more... I don't owe them answers, if I don't have the energy. Or even if I do. For now it's working, we'll see how it will be on the long run. Btw, don't feel guilty!!!!
