GEN X reporting for duty! 💯 We didn’t grow up looking for shortcuts, applause, or validation. We learned accountability, loyalty, resilience, and how to lead by example. I spent 26 years building teams, developing talent, and delivering results in corporate America. I never believed leadership was about being the boss. It was about helping others become successful. But here’s what concerns me today: the same generation that helped build these organizations is now fighting just to get an opportunity to contribute again. Experience should never become a liability. Loyalty should never be forgotten. And a résumé should never overshadow the human being behind it. We’re not afraid of hard work.
