🧐I don’t understand why didn’t they stop somewhere else before reaching Cambodia before running out of fuel instead of continuing to run until they ran out of gas? They should’ve been stop at a safe place/zone before running out of gas to reinsure the passengers’ safety & prep for them to find/have some kind of housing. Yep the owner knew this beforehand in allowing this ship to continue to sail after getting these ppl’s money.
