It takes strength and wisdom to move beyond the deception of a narcissist. Once you understand that they will never change, and that they do not have the ability to love you, you will never go back. Unless you are wanting to be treated awfully for the rest of your life, do not go back or communicate with them. Realize that life doesn't have to be the way it is when you are with them and that you can have a good life on your own.

I did this I still get abused to this day he hasn’t stopped smearing me for 16 months 😂 even why living with his new supply he recruited her and their both at it what I did sounds very bad 😂 I only left cus he cheated I mean 🤣

My narcissist never left. She made my life hell so I could not take it anymore. Then she took the victim role. "Look how bad he treated me, he trew me out". Then running around to anybody who wanted to listen and started the smear campaign. Many times. Then she came back and she was embarrassed to go back because of all the lies she had told everybody. She had to hide her car so nobody saw she had gone back. Oh my god! Just feel bad for these fuckers. Thank god it is over. We have kids so she came back a few times. I tried as long as possible for the kids.
