hmmm idk how long you played on it but I started it on hellwalker and I got to the red flower lady boss and it was extremely hard, she would sometimes chain 3 grabs together and the amount of projectiles she would throw out twice as many. I found her extremely difficult and its mostly due to me being really bad at dealing with the red dodge attacks and I think the boss would pick up on that and exploit that. I ended up turning it down one difficulty and beat her first try and noticed that she grabbed much less and the projectiles were a normal amount

Gameplay 2 is hard & maybe it depends on the enemy , the said the enemy adapts on hellwalker & up so maybe it gets harder the longer youre on hellwaker
