@trendingnowus1: 🏠🇬🇭 Ghana’s Rent Control Department has reminded landlords and tenants about the country’s six-month advance rent law. Under Ghana’s Rent Act, demanding advance rent beyond the legal limit can attract penalties. The department also plans to introduce a 2,000-member task force in 2027 to strengthen enforcement. 💬 What is your opinion on Ghana’s six-month advance rent law? Do you think it is being respected? #GhanaNews #RentControl #HousingInGhana #GhanaUpdates #trendingghana
