@yury.ai: Send this to a friend who works on a Mac 👇 In 2010 Steve Jobs said: “Touch surfaces don’t want to be vertical, it’s ergonomically terrible,” and for 16 years the Mac never got a touchscreen. On October 28 Apple released its first touchscreen Mac, the new 14- and 16-inch MacBook Pro with an OLED display, from $2,899. A special hinge holds the screen steady when you touch it, and touch is optional, the trackpad and keyboard are still there. Apple also added an AI assistant to Pages, Keynote and Numbers, running on Apple and OpenAI models. The bigger news: in macOS 27 these apps open up to outside AI agents, so through MCP an agent can read, edit and build your docs, spreadsheets and decks on its own. It’s all in beta and US English only for now. The update lands in November, and the AI features come with Creator Studio at $12.99/month.
