@melrobbins: Can we talk about aging for a second? Have you ever seen a photo or video of yourself and thought… WAIT. Is that really what I look like? The wrinkles. The lines. The skin that doesn’t look as smooth as it used to. Sometimes I look at myself and think, this doesn’t seem FAIR!! But here’s what I’m reminding myself… Those wrinkles? They’re part of a life I’ve lived. Those lines? Years of laughing, learning, loving, and figuring things out. Getting older isn’t always easy, sometimes it’s scary. And you don’t have to love every little change you see in the mirror. But you can love yourself through it. You’re not losing your beauty. You’re gaining a lifetime of wisdom, and stories.
