First off- we know our stadium always has low attendance we don’t need to be told- second- it will always be this way regardless if it’s a World Series game or not. The attendance will be the same once they build the new stadium in Tampa. Third- it’s in St. Petersburg not Tampa 😂

the only team that gets consistent fans in Tampa is the lightning. the issue is that so many northners move here and root for Tampa until their home team comes to town and they swap their jerseys. FL at this point is like 40% Born 60% anywhere else

They were in first place most of the season and the stadium was always half empty. Of the fans that were in attendance, about half were for the opposing team. It’s hard for Florida teams to have a legitimate fan base with so many transplants here…
