@the_vibingcouple: Here’s the recipe of Poha-Makhana Porridge : 🥣 Ingredients * 2 tablespoons poha * 1 seedless date * 1 handful of makhana * 1 walnut * 3 cashews * 2 almonds * 1 tablespoon roasted oats powder * Ghee, as required * Hot water, as required * Breast milk or formula milk (optional) 👩🏻‍🍳 Recipe 1. Take an empty bowl and add the poha, seedless date, makhana, walnut, cashews and almonds. 2. Soak everything in hot water for 10–15 minutes. You can also add other baby-safe seeds or dry fruits according to your preference and your baby’s tolerance. 3. Drain the water, rinse the ingredients with clean drinking water, and grind everything into a smooth mixture. Add hot water as needed to adjust the consistency. 4. Heat a little ghee in a pan and add the prepared mixture. 5. Cook thoroughly, stirring continuously. Add 1 tablespoon of roasted oats powder and mix well until there are no lumps. 6. Once cooked, let it cool to a safe temperature. If you want a thinner consistency, you can add prepared formula milk or expressed breast milk just before serving. And that’s it!
