@wingedshoespublishing: "As the Kundalini rises through the central column ie Sushumna (through the spine) Ida and Pingala rise along it, criss-crossing each other at each of the Chakric points until reaching Ajna Chakra where they fuse into one and rise to the Crown above, awakening the Thousand-Petalled Lotus of Sahasrara. Although this is not show in this video (see the Tool Parabola video on my page for this), what is shown is the opening of the Ida and Pingala Nadis on the left and right side of the body (blue and orange (sometimes red)). These Nadis, once open, fuel the brain and Body of Light with the feminine (Water Element) and masculine (Fire Element) energies afterwards, carrying sublimated Pranic and sexual energy, which powers the entire Kundalini circuit. You will notice also the Hand Chakras opening at the fingertips, each of which is connected to one of the Major Chakras. (The Palm Chakra is connected to Sahasrara.)
