@needfoodwilltravel: The team at Biro Brine has come together from some really well known restaurants, some of which we'd been, and could see the i fluency they took from those places. The space is really nice and comfortable, the service is attentive and friendly, and the cocktails were some of the best we've had. The food however, was a bit of a hit or miss. One dish was altogether off putting. There were some really good bites, but the only thing that the two of us could agree on 100% was the vesper martinis. They were PERFECT. Other than that, all dishes were mixed review from the two of us, and one that we both hated. Overall, 7.5 / 10. Maybe try the al-la-cart menu of we're ever back, because there were other diners getting some really good looking dishes.
