I did this with my doubles, but it was WAY off cuz I flinched... I took them out and retried the next day. If you've ever pierced your own ears, you know how much that hurts...

i did my 2-4ths and my helix at home, never had any problems or infections, my nose piercings and my industrial i got in a shop have all got infected tho (not that it was the shops fault obviously, just that everyone says doing it at home you’ll get an infection and i never did)
