@drbelswellness: Frank Gervasi spent 26 days searching for his missing 14-year-old daughter, Emmarae, who disappeared from their Long Island home on December 9, 2024. On January 3, 2025, he received a tip that she was being held aboard a yacht in a marina in Islip, New York. Frank went there himself, forced his way onto the boat, and found his daughter alone inside. He brought her to safety before police arrived. What began as a desperate father's search soon uncovered a much larger criminal investigation. Prosecutors initially charged nine people in a 75-count indictment involving alleged child sex trafficking and other crimes. The case later expanded to 11 defendants facing 83 counts. Frank's determination to find his daughter became part of a major trafficking prosecution in Suffolk County.
