Kitchen aides are just pure convenience tbh. I love my kitchen aid. But I’ve had it only a year. I’ve been making doughs & breads & pastas a lot longer than that. You don’t need it to make any dough! Just some elbow grease!

I love my cheap bread maker and I don't bake in it.... it's actually just a dough maker/riser and I don't want to live without it.

Yes! I make all different sorts of bread including sourdough and people over complicate it sooo much!! It’s a very simple process and can be done 1,000 different ways.

Instead of buying a Kitchen Aid I bought a bread maker and let it do the work for me. Just let it knead the dough and rise it for me but then I take the dough out and just cook it in the oven lol.

Just regular cooking I’m good got that down but baking lord I’m lucky if it ends up edible I once toasted the brownies outside cooked inside was straight liquid cookies turn into hockey pucks… so bread is terrifying to me
