@explorewithzeba: A homemade goodness 🍯 for chilly days 🥶. Take a clean, dry glass jar and add honey. Add ginger, garlic, lemon, kalonji and cloves. If your kids can eat ginger and garlic, you can crush them. If not, add them in whole pieces. Their flavour and essence will mix into the honey. Close the lid and keep the jar in a cool, dry and dark place, away from sunlight, for 3–4 days. Open the lid once or twice a day to release the gas. You’ll see bubbles forming on top. This is a sign of fermentation. After 4–5 days, it will be ready! Storage: You can store it for 1–2 months. Always use a clean, completely dry spoon. How to Give: My kids take it well. Start with a small amount and gradually increase it if it suits your child. You can give up to one tablespoon, depending on your child’s age and how well they tolerate honey. Every child is different, so adjust the amount according to your child.
