@shotta_john: My parents always told me to become a "진국" jin-guk. The best way I can explain it is through a rich bone marrow broth. The longer it simmers, the deeper and richer the flavor becomes. 진국 is also used to describe someone who keeps their word, treats people well when theres nothing to gain, stays humble, stays dependable, and doesnt change who they are depending on who or where they around. Thats why I think discipline matters so much. Stay consistent, stay patient, and keep showing up no matter how tough or "hot" it gets and over time, your character gets stronger and the outcome gets richer. Im still going thru simmering and boiling too, but let's all become 진국🦴🍲😉 Code shotta or link in bio for @DFYNE workout fits x @Flytex leg compression sleeves x all @KAGED supplements #Running #mindset #Fitness #health #motivation
