@cookwithcourt_: SAUSAGE & BROCCOLI ORECCHIETTE 🧄🌶️ Simply cannot put into words how good this is. Soo easy, all done in one pan, packed with flavour and done in the time it takes to cook your pasta!!! Perfect midweek dinner 🫶🏼🫶🏼 Ingredients: 3/4 sausages (I used 2 cos they were mahooosive) Tenderstem broccoli 1/2 onion 5 garlic cloves 1 red chilli Chicken stock cube LOTS of Parmesan Salt Pepper 200g orchiette pasta Method: Add pasta, stock cube and plenty of water to a pan and cook for 2 mins less than instructed. Remove the skins from the sausages and pan fry, bash with a spatula or spoon until you have small pieces. Cook until browned. Add the garlic and chilli and sautee until fragrant. Then add the onion and garlic and stir fry for 3-4 mins. Once the pasta is ready, reserve 1 cup of the pasta stock and drain the pasta. Then add to the sausage along with lots of Parmesan. Stir until you have a nice glossy sauce. Season to taste and serve with lots more parmesan. #EasyRecipes #DinnerIdeas #pastarecipe #cosyrecipes #sausagepasta
