at r5 to r5 in DA its worse (due to its total hp limit being 50%) than Catty luck but shiyu it can be better but its not worse by alot and it is also easier to build with the event wengine as to catty luck

If i remember correctly the buff goes off the singular healthbars so it’s kinda bad for deadly assault, sunbringer seems to be able to use ex special attack pretty frequently so she’ll probablh benefit from it
