@smarthostinghub: If your Airbnb listing says things like “great location,” you’re going to start losing bookings. Why? Because Airbnb’s new AI search lets guests search in natural language. They can type something like: “Two-bedroom condo five minutes from St. Pete Beach with a pool for my family.” And Airbnb is going to try to find the listings that best match that request. This is why your Airbnb listing needs to be AI-ready. Your listing description needs to clearly explain: • What type of property you have • Where it’s located • Who it’s best suited for • Your best features and amenities • What kind of experience the guest can expect And your amenities checklist needs to be fully filled out. Do not make Airbnb guess what your property offers. If you have a pool, tell them. If you’re five minutes from the beach, tell them. If your property is great for families, make that clear throughout your listing. The way guests search Airbnb is changing, and hosts need to change with it. I go much deeper into how to prepare your listing for Airbnb’s AI features inside the Smart Hosting Formula course and community. Generic words get generic bookings. Guests book a picture they can feel. Say what is near. Say who it fits. Make it real.

Turn & Ready :
That point about natural-language search is interesting. Is it better to rewrite descriptions around specifics like distance and amenities?
