I sued for this and it’s ongoing. My ex said I called and threatened him. The call he showed the cop said missed call. You can’t say anything on a missed call and he didn’t even trace the burner number which wasn’t me

No one made a complaint in my case. I was just riding my 4x4 from work. First they did, my music was to loud. Pulled me over and seen a work knife in my cup holder. I work for the city and I told them it was a work knife smaller then 4 ‘. They put cuffs on me even after I gave them my information and they looked me up. The officer told the sergeant, I was good. Then they whispered to each other took me in , to the police station. Before this the officer search me unprofessionally took me into the precinct about 4 to five hours give me give me four summons and then release me went back to court. All the summer was because they was bogus at the same time that they kept me there. They searched my whole bike into the panels and everything else was looking for something found nothing.

hit mu i got a case - menacing 2 with no prior incident and I called and the complaining witness never made a complaint and the officer is the complaining witness next and last court date dec 22

There was a guy some years ago who was photographing on a Bronx outdoor train platform. It was after 911 and everyone was still on edge. I’m not sure what he was arrested for but won 25K in a settlement. That’s a lot of free train rides.
