@cspanofficial: Rep. Mariannette Miller-Meeks (R-IA) expressed confidence in her reelection prospects despite a major Republican super PAC pulling funding from her campaign. "They pulled funding to help other people because we had a lot of cash on hand and because we've done our job the entire term," she told reporters Thursday, emphasizing her extensive travel throughout the district and earned media coverage. Earlier this month, the Congressional Leadership Fund, a super PAC closely aligned with House Republican leadership, redirected money earmarked for her campaign to other races. The Cook Political Report rates the race for Iowa's 1st Congressional District as "Lean Democrat." #millermeeks #iowa #pac #cspan
