The fourth guy 🤷♂️also why was there cleaning being done that late? It’s unusual. He has a key card. Why did he not go in when no one answered? Isn’t that procedure? Who was his wife with? You can look at cameras to see when she left and where she was. People miss up on time sometimes so I get his partner missing that up but I would check cameras of where he was too. Check cameras for the assistant too. But something tells me that it was the cleaner. Everything about him sounds suspicious

The business partner cause he had call at 21:15 on the night so he was part of it but as the cleaner has the master keys he killed him and the business partner was a distraction and helper so they both got arrested

it's the cleaner, cuz why did he say that he knocked at 9 PM when the murder time was 9 30. additionally cleaners have keys so that explains why there was no Forged entry
