ticketing system charges 12 $ a ticket don't know who buys it. I worked staples in ma there was. o control and they paid 12$ a csr ticket.obvkpusly the CEO was well compensated to get service now. all cloud service companies have bribed ceos. why not buy 2 servers and put a non cloud software?

I’ve never seen anyone who has to use service now have a positive opinion of it. They do absolutely everything but at the most slow and mid quality possible to barely not get replaced because of its advantage of being the one spot that has the information about everything. I would be afraid to leverage them for agents

our company had free ldap software but got okta in and instead of server license 35k they pay 4 million to okta for tokens. this company keeps on raising premiums for healthcare and executives make millions. bcbcm blue cross of michigan

1. That sunglasses wearing CEO is weird AF, says the stupidest stuff, and does well on Wall Street because he reflects how Wall Street is a bunch of old white guys who don’t really understand tech. See: cybersecurity stocks always having much higher valuations compared to infrastructure stocks (because tech is scary and we need to protect ourselves is a story that makes sense to old white guys. So they buy it. “Here’s how the tech works and is underlying in everything”… is still scary! So they don’t buy it). BUT 2. If the premise of “AI can replace this” holds, then it would apply to ALL AI companies right now, frontier labs included. Meaning, if this is sound investment advice or a signal, it’s bad news for everything. However, I think the US still has another minute or two before the AI bubble pops. Not long though. I will probably purchase some servicenow shares while they are sale before the bubble crashes early next year.
