No matter how good you think you are, there's always somebody there to take your place.

Christopher :

Hell yeah, I know how that feels!

Scottmorse :

It’s not that no one else can, it’s no one else is willing to

As a manager of a private fleet my lead man Tom is my right arm and half of my left. He is legitimately priceless and I can say that for all of my 24 techs. That being said his knowledge is the schiznit and we see eye to eye 99.9% of the time on how we call things. Appreciate your people and they will appreciate you. 100% showing him this bc it's straight facts. I am only as good as the men who work for me and good lord do they make me look better than I am!

Josh85 :

Jeremy Reaper :

Asu tech here. Very hard industry to understand everything without experience and the proper mindset. From process to mechanics to compliance ect. its never ending and takes alot for someone to be respected as lead.

Brady :

If you can do it so can another you stay on top by thinking I can be better and always inproving you fall behind when you think I’m the best and stop trying to learn
