Rather than a simple summer sipper, this is a rosé of structure and textural depth. A combination of juice from all the red fruit we grow at our estate, it represents our vineyard as a whole and is a unique expression of our terroir. 2 0 2 5 V I N T A G E Our 2025 Rosé is comprised of both saignée and direct-press juice, sourced from all of our red fruit. It was fermented and aged in neutral oak and allowed to complete malolactic fermentation. Coming from one of the coldest years in our vineyard’s history, this is a rosé built to age — structured almost like a light red wine, quite savory, and very versatile at the table with an array of foods.
