I know what.. they are waiting for the right timing. they need a little more infrastructure and the smaller banks to get on board then BIS/Basel will make the rule changes on holding certain crypto assets for collateral. That will create a boom! tether is about to go offline in europe. it’s coming when everything is ready.

I looked at it this way Scott Bassett only has two years to get the financial state of this country set up to accept all cryptocurrency within the financial space. This country has two overhaul, its financial well-being. Crypto is the only path for that to happen.
