The CRIMINAL SMASHED into a tractor-trailer. The criminal was hurt & arrested. Now the police officer, David Joseph, is facing charges causing bodily harm. Zero details on what he did wrong.  No explanation beyond "reasonable grounds."  The SIU says no further comment because it's before the courts.
