Okay simple: You want people to return to the office, start compensating people for commute and childcare. Nothing in the world can give people the time they have lost going to the Office. Hybrid work is the way forward…less congestion on the roads + saves people money. At the end of the day people that don’t have to commute shouldn’t it will make commuting more efficient for those that have to be on the roads

if a Teams meeting is a waste of time, why would an in-person meeting not also be a waste of time? This is a management problem. If a worker has clear deliverables that you can measure, it doesn't matter where they work!
