If you want a more roasted flavor roast cut side up rubbed with olive oil salt and pepper. It intensifies the flavor caramelizing the sugars that way you don’t need to add sweeteners.

You’re the first person I’ve ever seen used actual pumpkin in a recipe. Not pumpkin spice, not roasted seeds… But the actual meat of a pumpkin, I never realized that you could eat actual pumpkin.
