I filled in a generic survey after a hotel stay. It asked me to give a score of 10 for a range of services and facilities. Pretty useless. I suggested they asked what stopped me giving 10/10 if they wanted to improve. I wonder if they've amended the survey? I'll find out soon

To be fair, there was a bit more to that meeting. And both the ideation and application was primarily done by parties other than Will. People who never gets enough credit for the work are Natasha McIrvin, Leo Robitschek, and Billy Peele.
