Cold butter hack. I beg you to try it. Shred your butter with a cheese grater. You’ll get a bunch of little curls. Go fast so it doesn’t become a mushy mess before you’re done. Every bit of it will get freezing cold and it takes no time at all. It’ll be ice cold in 5 minutes. I use this method for my biscuits and anything else that needs cold butter incorporated. You’ll never go back.

for those of you who are wondering,if you scroll down two videos to when she makes her brown butter apple pie, she uses those little leftover crust pieces by baking them first then mixing it with the apple pie filling to give it a little more texture
