This decision was just taken the MPC meetings, soo CBE raised interest by 1 percentage point… Overnight deposit rate increased to 20% from 19%… Overnight lending rate increased to 21% from 20%… I believe its driven by challenging external conditions and geopolitical uncertainty… This is not financial advice, just my own thoughts.
