@honest.fishing: SAVE these rules for pier fishing: * No license needed on public piers in ocean or bay waters * Pier has to be connected to shore, free to the public, and built for fishing * Jetties and breakwaters only count if they’re the last wall between the harbor and the ocean * Size limits, bag limits, seasons and report cards all still apply * Max 2 lines or nets per person * Lobster: you still need a report card, even if you’re under 16 🦞 * Lobster limits are 3¼ inch carapace minimum, 7 per day, max 2 hoop nets on a pier * Rock crab: 4 inch minimum, 35 per day * Catch a lobster while crabbing with no report card? You can’t keep it Always double check current CDFW regs before you go. Save this and follow for more fishing cheat sheets.

fact is if you hook something bog on a pier and gotta jump on the beach to get it in you mist have a fishing license fact that you forgot

Just buy a fishing licenses it all goes towards conservation , trail maintenance and so much more

Yea that two line two rod deal Is a no go at most piers u always either see people fish with like 5-10 poles
