I am specifically requesting a thorough review of the actions and maintenance records involving Frank Hernandez, a maintenance employee at Arrive Temecula, including his handling of my smoke detector and the removal of equipment from my apartment closet that I have repeatedly questioned. I have video footage of law enforcement examining my smoke detector. After leaving my apartment and returning, I discovered what appeared to be an additional battery that I had not previously observed. I WANT TO KNOW WHAT CHANGED, WHETHER ANY WORK WAS PERFORMED, AND WHO HAD AUTHORIZED ACCESS TO MY UNIT. I also want a documented explanation of what was removed from my closet, why it was removed, who authorized it, and where that equipment is now. Meanwhile, my air conditioning is out, my dishwasher remains inoperable, and my repeated safety and maintenance concerns have left me feeling dismissed rather than protected. AS A FORMER PROPERTY MANAGER, I KNOW THE IMPORTANCE OF DOCUMENTATION, TRANSPARENCY, RESIDENT COMMUNICATION, AND ACCOUNTABILITY. I am requesting that ownership and management preserve and independently review all relevant maintenance work orders, employee access records, key-control logs, vendor records, security dispatch records, and available surveillance footage. Other residents have also approached me with concerns of their own. Their accounts deserve to be documented and independently evaluated. LET ME BE CLEAR: I AM NOT ASKING ANYONE TO ASSUME GUILT.
