too many people in this comment section saying Saia doesn't take care of it drivers...The Saia benefits packages alone are worth working for Saia...we get paid very fairly for the market. and we are doing something other Ltls can't seem to do...and thats growing...while all the other Ltls are slowing down and cutting hours Saia is still hiring to keep up with our market share growth. Saia is on track to dominate the freight market

The lens that I look threw seeing the economy & all the other Factors . I’m a satisfied driver. Some of the negative comments i see might be more individualized rather than company. At Newark under Todd M. Where the core values are maintained while taking care of the team creates a positive environment. Pay is competitive benefits are free for a lot of us reaching our 10th year along with the terminal 10th yr Anniversary.

Carolina grew greatly in the early 1980’s. Economy’s are different every year. Sometimes great the not so good the following year. Fritz you ought to check on how the company does the drivers and how the cameras are being used in the wrong way with good driver. Drivers with good driving records and experience are let go do to the cameras. It would be a good idea to check on this and get to know some employees in all cities and find out what can be improved and implemented. Turn overs in west texas needs to be looked at.

Bunch of lies I worked for them in Knoxville tn in 2005-2008 the terminal manager was a jerk and lied everyday to make him look good didn’t care anything about the drivers!
