Cut the zucchini in half. Use a spoon to scoop it out just a little bit. Stuff it with chopped vidalia and sharp cheddar, and then roast that bad boy. A little salt, pepper, and hot sauce and you’ll be in heaven

next time you boil carrots try this recipe! boil the carrots in equal parts chicken broth and red wine vinegar. add a packet of zesty Italian seasoning and Bill until soft. I grew up in this and its sooooo frickin delicious!!!
