Ura and unbs should not allow clients to pay taxes before inspection and when the goods are not meet standards ,ebintu omusubuzi abizeeyo gyebyavudde nga tasoose kutta sente zze mu misolo or if the goods do not meet standards, ura should refund the paid taxes 🙄
