@iambeautymarked: Confrontation is uncomfortable especially when you were raised not to be this way. I struggle with confrontation and sometimes I tether back and forth with standing my ground and tucking my tail but one thing I’ve learned is if I don’t tell my side I’m not saving the other person I’m betraying myself. As the eldest daughter, mother and daughter of a disabled mom I had to speak up a lot so why can’t you do it for you?!? There’s always a story connected to a belief so what’s yours?
