He said the truth , there was no insecurity during his tenure, he handed kidnappers like mad , you can walk freely in Owerri around 11am and 12 midnight , but our concern was he did a lot of china roads that didn’t lasted , while hope uzodinma was very fantastic and doing solid road network. But I prefer owelle because he treated imo youths like his brothers. Owelle gave opportunities to the poor as well even in politics.

Man, I miss Rochas. Life and Owerri was fun under Owelle. As an IMSU student then, Owerri was so peaceful that we can just work up to Orji flyover and stay till 12 am snapping pictures and head back to lodge peacefully

True actually during the time and tenure of Rochars as imo state governor imo state was very peaceful, safe and secured. I once lived in imo state under his tenure as governor and am speaking out of experience. When Hope Uzo Di Njo took over as governor peace, security and safety vanished from imo state till date as we speak.
