It’s weird I feel I should be doing something working something.. but also feel frozen in place but it’s not fear based.. I feel shit about to go down but can’t get myself to move.. I guess.. I don’t really know how to describe it just want to sleep and focus on things that bring me joy.. like yesterday afternoon.. ignored the net for hours and just carved pumpkins and did Halloween arts and crafts with my teen.. reluctantly looked hot a check up online before bed but it’s the first day I’ve ignored the net for a huge amount of time by choice..
