@emperorhistorian1: Napoleons schoolyard nemesis prevented him from reviving the eastern Roman Empire and conquering Constantinople. This is true. Napoleons life is legendary and his campaign in Egypt the stuff of myth yet one tale proves to be the most unbelievably brilliant and interesting. The brilliant general sought to conquer the Ottoman Empire and restore the ancient empire of Rome #napoleon #romanempire #ottomanempire #historytok #HistoryTime
