There was one where they seemed excited but then they sent me a “test” assignment to send back ASAP that was expected to take 3 hours of my time and if it was acceptable the next interview would be discussing my decisions in it’s creation. I was like thanks no thanks.

I had one recruiter get me an amazing job same day and I turned it down, stupidly and lasted a year at my first pick. When I was looking again, we connected and he didn’t even want to work work with me. I felt bad he was so offended and thought maybe I made the wrong choice.
