actually, no. because if you cancel too often and especially if you don't give a reason, they will hold it against you. i worked in the industry.

No, please tell me why. I’m not a receptionist. I work in billing and sometimes some of the calls come to me. But if you’re canceling cuz you’re worried about your copay/balance, I will work something out for you just so you don’t miss your appt and get the treatment you need,especially if it’s for a kid. 🥺
