guys is it normal for me to pay 1/3 rent (3 tenants) pay for all the groceries and necessities (utilities included with our rent) so essentially i’m paying over a thousand and they pay $600 and yet im still expected to wash THEIR dirty dishes?? i don’t use dishes at home or even eat at home so like does it make any sense for that job to fall on me?

Girl make a spreadsheet of every penny that she owes you and be sure to have everything in writing for proof. Aka text or emails of you requesting rent and utilities and you only receiving money for rent. As well as copy’s of you making said payments. This is absolutely absurd and I hope you charge her ass some extra for being a selfish person
