Coat in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then press into the cornflakes until fully coated. Fry at 350°F for 6–8 minutes until golden and the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Or air fry at 400°F for 10–12 minutes, spraying with oil and flipping halfway through. Cooking times may vary depending on thickness. Mix all the Caesar dressing ingredients together until smooth. Broil the buns for 2 minutes, watching closely so they don’t burn. Butter the tops and grate Parmesan over them.
