@captamerica1999: Sad news to share. Sir Patrick Stewart, beloved for his roles in Star Trek and X-Men, has died at the age of 86. 💔 A statement shared on his official social media today announced that he died yesterday, October 28, at his home in Los Angeles. He had been living with Alzheimer’s disease and Lewy body dementia. For generations of fans, he was Captain Jean-Luc Picard on Star Trek: The Next Generation and Professor Charles Xavier in the X-Men films, bringing intelligence, strength, and compassion to both unforgettable characters. Disney fans also knew his distinctive voice as Bambi’s father, the Great Prince of the Forest, in Bambi II and as the sheep schoolteacher, Mr. Woolensworth, in Chicken Little. He also reprised Professor Xavier in Marvel Studios’ Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. Our thoughts and prayers are with his wife, Sunny, his family, friends, and everyone who loved his work. 🙏 Thank you for the memories, Sir Patrick. Rest in peace. ❤️ July 13, 1940 - October 28, 2026 #patrickstewart #professorx #xmen #rip #fyp
