Hi Jordan, I don’t mean this question to be offensive, just curiosity, but why do you recommend/ or even charge a full amount to do new build inspection? Isn’t it kinda a waste? Most problems will show theirselves the first month and by Alabama law they all have a 1 year warranty, wouldn’t the 1 year inspection be more important ? The pre move inspection kinda seems like a waste of money for that reason, can you help me understand why? I like your content but deep down it feels like you’re making money off of people that are lacking that knowledge.
