Same thing happened to me at 20 but not cystic acne but closed comedones. Been doing all that gut health thing since I was 15 and nothing helps. Never really ate sweats or sodas, everything is freshly cooked, vegetables, fruits, all. ☹️I guess in my case it’s genetic, my hormones are fine as well.
